Biesecker Body Care accepts credit and debit cards that bear one of the following card brand logos:
Your card will only be charged once an order has shipped, not when you place an order.
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the US (including AK and HI) only.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the original shipping charges from your order except if the return is a result of our mistake.
There are some things to note when returning a product purchased from Biesecker Body Care.

If the product is damaged or in poor condition when you receive it, we may request information from you about the product such as the order number with which it was purchased, lot number listed on the container, description of what is wrong with the product, and/or photo of the product. After reviewing this information, we may either provide you with a return shipping label to have the damaged product sent back to us at no charge to you, or we may ask you to dispose of the damaged product at your convenience. You will have the option of receiving a replacement product at no cost to you or a refund of the purchase price minus original shipping charges. See our Refunds section below for more information.

Refunds are made in the amount of the original purchase price. If your original order did not qualify for free shipping, the shipping charges will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the amount of the original shipping paid by us will be deducted from your refund amount according to how many of the original items you are returning. For example, if you originally ordered two products and are returning one, then we will deduct half of the shipping paid by us from your refund.
Once your return is received by us, inspected and approved, the refund process is initiated immediately. The procedure by which your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. If you have questions about the date a credit will be posted to your account, please contact the card-issuing bank.
If you applied discount codes or gift cards towards the purchase of the item, new gift cards and discount codes with equivalent values will be sent to you within seven business days of receipt of the returned item.
If you purchased an item on the Biesecker Body Care website, or from any official BBC venue around the world, you may exchange that item provided it has not been damaged. Item exchanges are subject to in-stock availability. If you initiated an exchange when that item is out-of-stock, the replacement item will be sent to you as soon as stock becomes available. You can check item availability by viewing that item on our website. Items ordered through our website that arrive damaged or are incorrect may be exchanged for the same item.
